Epilogue

This blog is pretty much dead. But shows and news articles still link "Dan McCoy" to here on occasion, so if you're seeking comedy from yours truly, let me direct you to some of my more recent projects.

The Flop House is my award-nominated-for bad movie podcast. Co-hosted with Elliott Kalan (The Daily Show) and Stuart Wellington (being an awesome dude), we're three friends who watch a terrible recent Hollywood movie, then discuss it on air. We've been positively reviewed in the Onion AV Club, and in 2012 we joined the podcast network All Things Comedy, featuring people much more famous than ourselves (Al Madrigal, Bill Burr, Eddie Pepitone, and others).

9 AM Meeting was my animated webseries that I co-wrote and co-voiced with Matt Koff. It's about two office drones, stuck in an early meeting, waiting on a boss who never arrives. It's Waiting for Godot by way of Dr. Katz, but in glorious black and white. In 2010 we won "Best Animation" at the New York Television Festival, which came with an MTV development deal, which came to nothing but was a fun ride all the same.

I've written a few things around the web that might amuse, but mostly now I spend time writing for this thing called The Daily Show. You probably haven't heard of it; it's pretty underground.

One of these days I'll get my act together and give myself an official website, but until then, enjoy these links.
